A division of Life Force distributing warrants to the original purchaser that the new portable building is free from defects in material or workmanship upon delivery, and will repair or replace any components that do not provide service under normal conditions for which the building was designed, for a period of one year at no charge, any component that fails after the first but before the sixth year will be replaced at no cost for the component, labor shall be at the rate for such repairs at the time service is provided and may be subjected to mileage fees . The sheet metal has a 25 year warranty provided by the manufacturer, copies of this warranty are available from your dealer or on line at fabral.com. Our buildings are designed for the purpose of storing personal/house-hold goods, any other use shall limit the warranty to a period of one year for workmanship and components.

The correction by repair or replacement of any defect shall commence after an inspection by Winslow's and determination that the defect exists and is not the result of abuse, acts of God, floods, fire, hail, wind storm, earth movement, vandalism, theft or lack of proper maintenance. Said determination is the exclusive province of WINSLOW'S as is the decision to repair or replace the defect.

Warranty on wooden buildings are to the original purchaser and carry the same warranty and exclusions as metal buildings as listed above with the following requirements: wooden buildings should be either sealed, stained or painted with an oil based premium product every eighteen months, any warranty claims must include proof of such maintenance.

The warranty as listed above is the only warranty as of the date of your purchase, no other warranty expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of suitability, fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability and are here-by disclaimed. Winslow's shall have no liability for punitive, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages to contents or loss of use or profits. The total liability of Winslow's under the conditions of this warranty shall not exceed the total of the retail price paid for the product, such liability shall not include taxes or interest, if any.

The warranty as listed above shall be voided, if prearranged terms and/or payments if any, are in default, if the building is used for any purpose other than a portable warehouse, the kenneling of any animal or fowl, any alteration by any person other than an agent/employee of Winslow's, if the building has been moved from the original delivery site by anyone other than an agent/employee of Winslow's.

Due to the nature of soils reaction to moisture content, most buildings will need to be re leveled as these conditions change. You may notice the changes by the way the door closes or locks, we can re level in the future, if needed, for a small trip charge.

Pre-owned buildings are sold as is, and warranted only against water leaks, for a period of 90 days from date of delivery.
